Still can't post anything new via the blogger script. my website host made some changes in how ftp is accessed, and I can't get the blogger script to synch with it.
Looks like I'll either need to finally update/upgrade to a better/newer blogging software, or change site hosts.
I sent this to you via email, but figured I would post it here also in case you are having trouble accessing your web mail as well.
Since Gate made the changes to my website, it took a lot of guess and check type work to get it so I can upload via ftp and use the blogger ftp upload again. Perhaps you are experiencing the same issue? If so, for blogger all you have to do is change your ftp filepath (in account settings) from "ftp.blackchampagne.com" to "blackchampagne.com" for unknown reasons you have to remove the "ftp." from the beginning of it. It is the same with your ftp client. Your master ftp user id and password are unchanged, but the path is now to blackchampagne.com instead of "ftp.blackchampagne.com". Additionally, they changed the root directory of your site. It used to be "/web" , but they changed it to "/www" instead, so (depending on how you have your ftp client set up to display your start root) you may need to change your directory listing. Make sure to republish your entire blog the first time, it will take forever, but some of the files (at least in my case) didn't transfer correctly from the "/web" directory to the "/www" directory. Hope this helps.
And as long as I am here...

My dad was diabetic but chewed a lot of gum to keep his breath all minty fresh (if you could have seen the gnarly, yellow smile he had you would get the sarcasm there), but needed it to be sugar free. As such, I chewed Freedent pretty exclusively from about age 12. Having chewed it for so long, I'm sure that I am so used to it that I'm not able to be objective, but, that said, it is still the only sugar free gum I have found that doesn't make my breath worse (once the saliva has dissolved the sweetener) than it was before I started. But, oddly, only the type in the green pack. The stuff in the blue pack makes my breath smell like I have been sucking on pennies (note that I said 'pennies' as in copper coins) that were rolled in cigarette ash and then pissed on.
